- 12 lollipop sticks

Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor, blender, or by placing them in a resealable bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese or melting chocolate. Mix until they form a thick, moldable mixture.
- Roll the Oreo-cream cheese mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in short intervals until smooth and fully melted.
- Dip the tip of each lollipop stick into the melted candy coating, then gently insert it halfway into the chilled Oreo balls.
- Dip each Oreo pop into the melted candy coating, ensuring it’s fully covered. Allow excess coating to drip off, then quickly add sprinkles or decorations before the coating sets.
- Place the decorated Oreo Pops back onto the parchment paper and let them set at room temperature for about 15 minutes or chill them in the refrigerator for faster setting.
Notes
To ensure your Oreo pops maintain their shape while setting, chill the formed balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before dipping them in the candy coating.
