Ingredients
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons sugar (or coconut sugar)
2 tablespoons hot water
1 cup oat milk (or other plant-based milk)
Ice (optional)
Vanilla extract or cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
1. Add coffee, sugar, and hot water to a mixing bowl.
2. Whisk until stiff peaks form (use hand mixer for speed).
3. Fill a glass with oat milk and ice if using.
4. Spoon the whipped coffee over the milk.
5. Garnish with cinnamon or vanilla if desired.
Notes
Use unsweetened milk for a healthier drink.
Try coconut sugar or maple syrup for variation.
