Description

Air fryer Brussels sprouts bacon is a crispy, caramelized vegetable side dish combined with savory bacon, perfect for meal prepping or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse Brussels sprouts under cool running water and pat them completely dry.
  2. Trim the stem ends off each Brussels sprout and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Transfer the prepped Brussels sprouts into a large mixing bowl and add chopped bacon, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss everything together thoroughly until each piece is coated with seasoning and oil.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to between 380°F and 400°F.
  6. Arrange the seasoned mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Set the timer for 10 to 16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even browning.
  8. Remove from the air fryer when Brussels sprouts are deeply browned and crispy, and bacon is cooked through.

Notes
