- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse Brussels sprouts under cool running water and pat them completely dry.
- Trim the stem ends off each Brussels sprout and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Transfer the prepped Brussels sprouts into a large mixing bowl and add chopped bacon, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss everything together thoroughly until each piece is coated with seasoning and oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to between 380°F and 400°F.
- Arrange the seasoned mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Set the timer for 10 to 16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even browning.
- Remove from the air fryer when Brussels sprouts are deeply browned and crispy, and bacon is cooked through.
Notes
Consider garnishing with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, or a light drizzle of maple syrup for added flavor.
