Description

Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wraps are a quick and delicious meal combining tender chicken, savory garlic, and two kinds of cheese, all enveloped in a crispy tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine thinly sliced chicken breasts with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  2. Lay out tortillas on a flat surface. In the center of each wrap, place an even portion of the seasoned chicken mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll it tightly from one end to the other to secure the filling.
  4. Lightly brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil for a crispy finish.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
