Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wraps are a quick and delicious meal combining tender chicken, savory garlic, and two kinds of cheese, all enveloped in a crispy tortilla.

- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine thinly sliced chicken breasts with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Lay out tortillas on a flat surface. In the center of each wrap, place an even portion of the seasoned chicken mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll it tightly from one end to the other to secure the filling.
- Lightly brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil for a crispy finish.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Consider using whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas for a healthier option. Adjust cooking time if needed based on tortilla type.
