Air Fryer Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wraps are a delicious and easy-to-prepare meal that offers a healthier twist on the classic buffalo chicken wrap.

- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Marinate your chicken strips in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk these dry ingredients together.
- Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and let any excess liquid drip off. Dredge the chicken strips in the prepared flour mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Place the coated chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Transfer the cooked chicken to a mixing bowl and pour 1 cup of buffalo sauce over it. Toss until coated.
- Take a large flour tortilla and lay it flat. Add crispy buffalo chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly around the fillings and slice in half. Serve immediately.
Notes
For less spiciness, use a milder buffalo sauce or mix with ranch dressing. Whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas can be used as alternatives.
