- 2 pound baby potatoes
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Rinse and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the prepared halved potatoes into the bowl and toss until coated in the garlic butter mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and let it warm up for about 5 minutes.
- Place the coated potatoes into the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- After the initial cook time, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and return them to the air fryer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the potato bites from the air fryer, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
