- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Cut the boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-size pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and dried Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning mix. Drizzle with olive oil and toss again.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the seasoned chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken pieces.
- Cook for an additional 6 minutes at 400°F until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- While the chicken is cooking, mix the melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Once the chicken is ready, remove it from the air fryer and toss it with the garlic butter. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
