- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 3 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 12 fajita or soft taco sized flour tortillas
- Cooking spray
- Sliced green onions for garnish
- Extra blue cheese crumbles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth and combined.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese crumbles until evenly distributed.
- Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for about 30 seconds to warm them.
- Spoon approximately 3 tablespoon of the buffalo chicken filling onto the lower third of each tortilla and roll tightly, tucking in the ends.
- Place each rolled taquito seam-side down on a prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops of the taquitos with cooking spray.
- Bake in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving and garnish with sliced green onions and extra blue cheese crumbles.
Notes
