Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos combine crispy smash tacos with the fresh flavors of a Caesar salad for a quick and delicious meal.

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon bacon bits or chopped cooked bacon
- Fresh black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
- Divide the seasoned chicken mixture into six equal portions and spread a thin layer on one side of each tortilla.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and place each tortilla chicken-side down in the pan. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Transfer cooked tacos to a serving plate, top with Caesar-dressed romaine mixture, bacon bits, and fresh black pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas.
You can substitute ground turkey for ground chicken, adding an extra tablespoon of olive oil if needed.
