Description
A flavorful dish that comes together in just 30 minutes, balancing taste and nutrition perfectly.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cup fresh spinach
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, set your stove to medium heat and cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove it from the pan, leaving the drippings behind.
- Add olive oil to the same skillet. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear each side for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Toss halved cherry tomatoes into the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they soften.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir, letting it come to a gentle simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and let it melt into a creamy sauce.
- Stir in the spinach until wilted. Return the chicken to the skillet to soak up the sauce.
- Top with crispy bacon and fresh basil. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Consider substituting turkey bacon for a leaner option or using a low-fat cream alternative.
