  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the diced chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in all-purpose flour to create a roux and cook briefly.
