- 2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 small flour tortillas
- Cooking spray or oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine your shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until fully combined.
- Gently warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Carefully roll them up tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Place the rolled taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray or brush the taquitos with cooking spray or oil for extra crispiness. Bake them in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
- Allow your taquitos to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For that ideal crunch, make sure to bake them evenly. Flipping them halfway through baking could help achieve crispiness on all sides.
While baking gives you a healthier option, feel free to fry them for an extra crispy bite.
