Instructions
- Start by taking a medium-sized bowl and combine the cooked shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until evenly distributed.
- Next, warm your flour tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Take about 2-3 tablespoon of filling and place it in the center of each tortilla. Roll them tightly, securing the filling inside.
- In a large skillet, pour in the cooking oil and heat it over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Carefully place the taquitos seam-side down into the hot oil. Fry them for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown and crispy.
- Once fried to perfection, remove the taquitos from the oil and let them drain on paper towels. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with sour cream.
