- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it. Separate the dough into triangles on a clean work surface.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is well blended.
- Scoop a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle of dough. Roll them up tightly starting from the wide end, making sure the filling is encased properly.
- Place each roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant.

Notes
For a quick filling, use leftover rotisserie chicken. Make sure your cream cheese is softened for easy blending. Don’t skip the egg wash for a golden crust.
