- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices crispy bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut the chicken breasts into uniform strips.
- In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat each chicken strip in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated chicken strips evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Let the chicken cool slightly before chopping into bite-sized pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Toss gently until well-coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice the wraps in half for easy eating and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side.
