Description

Easy Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps are packed with crispy chicken, savory bacon, and zesty ranch dressing, all tucked inside a soft tortilla. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into uniform strips.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat each chicken strip in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated chicken strips evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. Let the chicken cool slightly before chopping into bite-sized pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Toss gently until well-coated.
  6. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Slice the wraps in half for easy eating and serve with extra ranch dressing on the side.
