Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands to mix the ingredients thoroughly and then form them into 12 small patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are beautifully browned and cooked through.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and lay the bottoms on a baking sheet. Place a cooked patty on each bun and top each one with a slice of cheddar cheese.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and dill pickles over the cheese. Then, drizzle ketchup and mayonnaise on top for an extra layer of flavor.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this flavorful garlic butter generously over the tops of the slider buns.
  7. Cover the sliders with the top halves of the buns and place them in the preheated oven. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the buns are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  8. Once out of the oven, sprinkle chopped parsley on top if desired. Serve these sliders hot and watch them disappear!
