Instructions

  1. Stir together the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and optional sriracha in a small bowl until well-combined. In another small bowl, blend the cornstarch and cold water until dissolved. Set both mixtures aside for later use.
  2. Cut the chicken into 1-inch bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss the pieces in all-purpose flour until evenly coated, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer without overcrowding the pan. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
