  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear both sides until golden brown.

  • Add to Slow Cooker: Transfer seared chicken to a slow cooker. Top with softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and water.

  • Cook Low & Slow: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is fork-tender.

  • Shred & Mix: Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks. Stir until combined with the creamy mixture.

  • Add Bacon & Cheese: Add in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and chopped green onions. Mix until everything is melted and warm.

Notes
