- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
Instructions
- Season the beef by tossing the beef cubes in a bowl with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
- Load the slow cooker by placing the diced onion at the bottom, followed by the seasoned beef, sliced mushrooms, and minced garlic.
- Add the liquids by pouring in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then adding Dijon mustard and gently stirring to combine.
- Slow cook by covering the slow cooker and cooking on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until the beef is tender.
