Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 slider buns
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 3 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Shape the beef mixture into 12 small slider patties, slightly larger than your buns.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the patties. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to help the cheese melt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this mixture on the cut sides of the slider buns.
- Arrange the buns on a baking sheet (cut side up) and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- On the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer a cheeseburger patty, crumbled bacon, and a slice of dill pickle.
- Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the toppings, then place the top half of the bun to complete your slider.
- Brush the tops of the assembled sliders with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
Notes
Consider using low-fat ground beef or turkey for a leaner option, and whole grain buns for added fiber.
