Description

Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders are a game-changer in the world of sliders. Their compact size packs a punch of flavors, making them an ideal choice for gatherings and bringing an irresistible charm to any table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
  3. Shape the beef mixture into 12 small slider patties, slightly larger than your buns.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the patties. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to help the cheese melt.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this mixture on the cut sides of the slider buns.
  7. Arrange the buns on a baking sheet (cut side up) and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  8. On the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer a cheeseburger patty, crumbled bacon, and a slice of dill pickle.
  9. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the toppings, then place the top half of the bun to complete your slider.
  10. Brush the tops of the assembled sliders with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm.

Notes

Consider using low-fat ground beef or turkey for a leaner option, and whole grain buns for added fiber.
