- 12 small slider rolls
- 2 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Butter for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, placing the bottom halves in your baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, half of the cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon. Stir well.
- Spoon the chicken mixture generously onto the bottom halves of the slider rolls and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Carefully place the top halves of the slider rolls over the filling.
- Melt some butter and brush it over the top of the slider buns.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve warm.
