  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Wash and cut each russet potato into wedges and place them in a large bowl.
