Description
Parmesan Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are a crispy and flavorful side dish made with fresh Brussels sprouts, olive oil or butter, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

- 1 to 1 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 to 2 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced, or 1 to 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, divided
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1 to 2 teaspoon lemon juice, pinch of paprika, or 1 tablespoon panko
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F to 400°F.
- Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any damaged outer leaves. Cut them in half.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil or melted butter.
- Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 5 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- After cooking, add the remaining Parmesan and cook for an additional 3 to 6 minutes until golden brown.
- If desired, drizzle with lemon juice or sprinkle with paprika and panko before serving.
Notes
Serve hot and fresh from the fryer. Garnish with extra Parmesan and a twist of lemon for presentation.
