Description
A hearty one-pan meal combining smoked sausage, potatoes, and green beans.
Ingredients

- 14 ounce smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1 1/2 pound potatoes, diced
- 12 ounce fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and olive oil. Stir in the diced potatoes along with half of the seasoning mixture. Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes until they begin to brown and soften.
- Add the fresh green beans along with the remaining seasoning and chicken broth. Stir to combine, cover the skillet, and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until fork-tender.
- Return the browned sausage to the skillet, stir to combine, and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until heated through. Serve hot.
Notes
This dish is ideal for meal prepping! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
