- 1 cup snap peas

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Start by slicing the steak against the grain into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
- Peel, devein, and pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil over high heat and sear the steak strips for 1-2 minutes per side until browned, then remove from the pan.
- Add the shrimp to the hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and slightly curled, then transfer to the plate with the steak.
- In the same pan, add the sliced onion and bell peppers and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until just tender.
- Add the snap peas and continue cooking for an additional minute.
- Return the steak and shrimp to the pan with the vegetables and pour the prepared sauce over the top.
- Toss everything together until well coated and heated through for about 2 more minutes.
- Plate the stir-fry and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
