  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoon softened butter (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, grated (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Coat the chicken in oil, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill or pan-sear the chicken for 3 minutes per side until cooked through. Let the chicken rest, then slice or roughly chop and toss with the honey mustard sauce.
